On Monday, October 9, Chagrin Falls Educational Foundation hosted a public forum to hear from all 3 candidates running for the 2 open board seats with the Chagrin Falls Board of Education for the 2023 election cycle. Questions were generated from the community, and were not shared with the candidates in advance. Co-Moderated by Ashley Owen, Board Chair for CFEF, and Liz O’Neil, former BOE member – the program included an opening statement from each candidate, a series of timed questions, and closing statements. The forum was not a debate, and was structured as an impartial opportunity for each candidate to provide their views on issues that the community found important.
